Industries · Makers and manufacturers

Build the product. We'll handle the paperwork.

Orders arrive by email in every format, suppliers send invoices that don't quite match, and customers want lead times. AI agents turn that mess into clean work, so the shop floor keeps moving.

For: Workshops, fabricators, machine shops, woodworkers, print shops and small manufacturers.

Sound familiar?

Where the week goes.

Three common time sinks for makers and manufacturers. None of them need you personally.

  1. 01

    Orders buried in email

POs, drawings and "can you make 50 more?" arrive in different formats, and someone re-types every one.

  2. 02

Invoices that don't match the PO

A price changed, a quantity was short, and nobody noticed until the bill was paid.

  3. 03

    "When will it ship?"

Customers want lead times and stock levels, and answering means walking the floor or digging through spreadsheets.

What we build

Agents that take the job off your plate.

Every system is built for one business, so this is a starting point, not a package. Each card links to the solution behind it.

  • Back office

Emailed orders turned into work orders

The agent reads orders from email and attachments, checks them against your price list and creates the work order. Anything unclear gets a question back to the customer.

    • Orders read from PDFs and emails
    • Checked against your price list
    • Work orders created for you to release
  • Custom AI tools

    Supplier invoices matched to POs

Bills are matched to purchase orders and receipts. Price or quantity differences get flagged before you pay, not after.

    • Three-way match: PO, receipt, invoice
    • Differences flagged with the line
    • Approved bills sent to accounting
  • AI front desk

    Stock and lead-time questions answered

Customer emails about stock, lead times and order status answered from your real data, with anything tricky passed to you.

    • Live stock lookups
    • Lead times from your schedule
    • Order status updates
  • Websites and dashboards

    Production at a glance

A dashboard of open orders, what's late, what's waiting on materials and what shipped this week.

    • Late orders highlighted
    • Waiting on materials
    • Shipped this week

Books too?

Bookkeeping, done for you.

Flat monthly pricing, a live dashboard and books closed by the 10th. Already have a bookkeeper? Keep them; the agents work alongside them.

    → 40 x bracket B-12
  2. match_spec(last order 5391)
    → same spec
  3. check_schedule(40 x B-12)
    → ready 24th
  4. create_work_order(PO 5520)
→ WO-77, waiting for your release
OutcomeA PO turned into a work order before the shop opened.

Example conversation. The business, the customer and the details are made up; the tools are the real kind we build.

Real work

No makers case study yet.

We'd rather show you nothing than make something up. Our case studies so far are a food truck and a tattoo studio, and the same building blocks carry over: answering, booking, follow-up and the paperwork.

Questions

Fair questions.

More answers on how it works, or ask us in a free consultation.

We use spreadsheets, not an ERP. Is that fine?

Yes. Many small shops run on spreadsheets and email. We build around what you use, and can give you a simple dashboard on top.

Will it release work orders on its own?

Only if you want it to. By default it drafts the work order and you release it.

Can it read our drawings?

It can read POs, order emails and attachments to pull out quantities, part numbers and dates. Judging a drawing stays with your team.
